Heavy-weight, flame-retardant, blue cotton twill shell. 3-layers with thinsulate red fleece lining, two suspension tabs, 11.5″ nape, adjustable chin strap with Velcro closure, elastic strip in forehead for snug fit, pocket lined with thermotex for extra protection on the ears, and a reflective stripe.
