Rust Breaker Penetrant is a fast-acting product that quickly loosens rust while penetrating grease and dirt. As a transparent, non-staining oil, its light film displaces moisture and acts as a corrosion inhibitor. It is a one-coat rust and corrosion inhibitor compound that is pleasantly vanilla scented.
