This multi-use granular insecticide is ideal for long-lasting control of fire ants and other insects in and around telecom and utility equipment. It provides years of control in and around equipment, such as pedestals, cross-connect boxes, CATV boxes, buried cables, pad-mounted electric transformers, substations, and underground vaults. Because it is non-conductive and non-corrosive, it is safe for equipment and personnel. The new patented formula contains a waterproofing agent to prevent caking, which keeps areas inside treated equipment “free breathing” or from retaining moisture. The 4 oz single application bag treats a 12″ x 12″ area. These pre-measured bags are odor-proof, waterproof, burst-proof and easy-to-use. The 2.1 and 6 lb shaker containers with adjustable dispenser lids are an ideal choice for pretreating construction sites for pad-mounted equipment.
