Pedestal Sealing Foam

RTC# 79465, RTC# 79470, RTC# 79473,

Pedestal Sealing Foam is a two-component, flexible, polyurethane foam used for filling a pedestal base with high-strength, flexible foam. The flexibility of the foam provides a continuous seal in the event of freeze-thaw cycle or any movement of the pedestal. Pedestal Sealing Foam has excellent adhesion to most surfaces and resists alkalis, dilute acids, and moisture rot. When cured, it can be easily removed to pull out cable or to open a previously sealed conduit for new cable installation. The water-blown chemistry makes the product safer to use for the installer and provides minimal waste. One 220 gm Pedestal Sealing Foam kit (79465) will give 4″ of foam in the bottom of a 6″ pedestal.

The Pedestal Sealing Foam should be applied as the last step before closing the pedestal. This will prevent movement of the cables during the foam curing process, ensuring a good seal around the cables.

Pedestal Sealing Foam comes conveniently packaged in a foil pack as a kit. The kit includes a package of Pedestal Sealing Foam, gloves, and installation instructions.

Made in the USA.
